Google Maps is here!
So far, I love it. Once again, very simple and clean, with a few unique twists. How soon until you can use Google SMS to get directions to your phone?

I agree, Google Maps is nice. In playing around with the search features, I modified one of my search terms and instead of the entire page refreshing, the map simply scrolled to better fit the new results. So sweet.

I accidently stumbled on a very cool feature. The search works like local.google.com where, for example, you can type the name of a restaraunt and the city and it will find the closest. Try "Dominos" and your zip code. Very cool feature.

Love those tips, Chad and GP. I've been more impressed with it the more I've used it. Google 1.0 is very different from everyone else!
I'm especially glad to hear from the infamous Mr. Parrish! When is there going to be a GP blog?
