I haven't attempted to put my thoughts on the elections and all that surround them into words, but you did and it is fantastic. Thanks for taking the time to write out what many of us deeply think, even if we (sadly) portray the opposite. Nicely done!

Another great piece! I actually find your political commentary to be some of the best I've read. As a registered independent and a first time voter, I'm trying to get as much information as I can to truly be an educated voter, but each party is convinced the other party is wrong, while constantly contradicting themselves, it seems.

Thank you for writing about something that troubled me in my discussions and willing to look at both parties without bias. I look forward to hearing more of your thoughts as we get closer and closer to the election.

Sandi and Jarret: Thanks a lot for your kind words! They are greatly appreciated. Keep the feedback coming!

I loved the article... I've got so many things in my head about this but I do agree with you that no candidate, congressman, staffer is worthless they're people trying to do what they sincerely think is right. Question is... is it really RIGHT and that's a world-view question.

Brian, this is what I've been thinking a lot lately too, and you said it so clearly. Great article!
