The official Fellowship Church Blog has launched!
Visit fellowshipchurch.com/blog or click the Blog link on the homepage. It is a great thrill to see the site come to life and to be part of a church that is always looking for new ways to reach people.
Our initial focus is just sharing information. With 10 services across 4 different campuses, it is easy to lose sight of all that God is doing here. We want to share the stories of life-change that are happening every week at Fellowship.
I know we'll learn a lot over the next few weeks about what works and what doesn't. Feel free to share your feedback.

You guys are great! We just did the same thing at our church two days ago, and we are really excited about the transparency that this is going to create. We actually made our entire site run off of a blog engine. It still needs some work, but I think that this is a great move for the body of Christ! Congrats...

I think it's a cool idea; I look forward to seeing how it works out. Good move!

Brian, this is great. I was wondering if you wrote your own blog code, or are you using something like TypePad.com? Keep up the great work!

Thanks for the feedback! The site is powered by TypePad, but we did spend a lot of time customizing the CSS.
So far, it has worked out very well for us.

Curiously, you ask for feedback yet comments are disabled on this new blog. Intentional?

blogs can be great, and TypePad lends itself quite well to building a whole church website. But a blog is only as good as its content.
very best wishes for the future,
Stuart

Erm ok, something screwy with your blog. if you look at where my name links to above (stuart taylor), it has nothing to do with me, and is a broken link. very odd.
Stuart.
